Liberty and Freedom are muscles which either atrophy or we exercise.

Others cannot exercise for us.

We have a choice.

The purpose of this site is to give you an overview of what Liberty Narratives is all about.  

Our goal is to be a stepping stone for people to learn and eventually exercise standing in and on their Constitutional Rights and obtain distance with the threat is real and verifiable.

With the ever increasing erosion of civil rights, it is becoming very difficult to stand on those rights.

The system is built that we will lose the debate on the sidewalk.  Our only restitution or hope for accountability resides in the courtroom.

This site introduction is based upon a few goals:

1. How to remain silent and safe, but free.
2. Not suggest that anyone is prepared or equipped to exercise their rights in the face of tyranny.
3. Provide a pathway for people to learn more about exercising rights and obtaining evidence from unlawful actors.
4. Don trust anything which is posted, do your own verification. (The process described works, but not everyone is capable to act without studying first.)

Don't talk to the police.

For whatever reason, humans can't shut up.

They falsely believe they can "reason" with a person who is permitted to lie, misrepresent the law, make unlawful statements and act violently against us.

Stopping the insanity begins with shutting up.

Below is a quick example which escalated quickly during a traffic stop.

How about standing on your Constitutional Rights?

• Remain silent (5th Amendment)
• Remain Secure in your person, papers, property and affects absent a warrant (4th Amendment)
• Be Respectful to Authority
• Be Professional
• Be Responsible
• Don't resist the unlawful acts of people under Color of Law.
• Don't consent to unlawful acts.
•     Getting out of your vehicle
•     Surrendering your identification or drivers license
•     Be moved from your location.

Hold them accountable to their OATH.

Law enforcement and public employees have taken an oath to uphold and defend the constitution and the citizens rights enshrined in the bill of rights.

The number one cause  for triggering PTSD is red & blue flashing lights.  Second is encountering law enforcement when you didn't call them.

Fight, Flight, Freeze or Submit are the common natural responses to any encounter with Law Enforcement.

IMPORTANT:

As a law abiding citizen, who has not broken a law, statute or ordinance, you have no obligation or duty to interact with the police AT ALL.

Absent of being lawfully arrested they must state that you are under arrest or free to go.

BUT, You feel that you have to interact or talk to them to find out.  Once you start talking, you are in a losing proposition.  They have skills and training to emotionally trigger you, where you will most likely incriminate yourself.

SHUT THE HECK UP!

This is almost impossible.

UNLESS, you have a resource that does the talking for you.  And the conversation which is taking place is standing on the law which officers must obey.

• The conversation is pre-scripted.
• The conversation is reasonable, respectful and professional.
• The conversation is the evidence which will benefit John Q Citizen in the courtroom, showing the officer was UNREASONABLE.

We have anticipated in advance a variety of encounters and make it super simple for you.

It is difficult to predict when or why you might encounter the following people.

• A curious, aggressive, private citizen.
• A security guard or police person.
• A public official not doing their job.

Quick Example:

You are in public, maybe you are not wearing a mask.  Some person walks up to you and starts shaming or asking you questions.  Simple print out the card, hand it to the person, and take 3 steps back.  If you think about it, pull out your smartphone and record the interaction.

We have all attempted to reason with Law Enforcement, Rarely do we walk away without some form of pain.  At a minimum it is a fine.

But, what is difficult to even fathom is that during a traffic stop, we have been conditioned to "surrender" our drivers license.  It is a habit that an officer states, "License, Registration, Proof of Insurance".  Without fail, almost every citizen gives up their 4th amendment right to be secure in their documents and gives them up.  

Why?

Because it's easier to give up a right than assert one.

Also, because nobody knows how to deal with the unlawful Threats, Intimidation, Coercion, Duress in violation of 42 USC 1983.

Most don't even know what that even means.  

Well, remaining silent, asserting your rights, can have justice for unlawful acts under Color of Law.
