I can't make people do anything, they make their own choices. You choose if you want to learn more and be prepared when you encounter a law abiding citizen exercising their rights and freedom lawfully.
I generally make myself available after I am done my business to interact with people.
Right now, I am currently working and am required to account for my time. Interruptions are a component of that time I must document.
If you want to have a conversation, I have an option available to Private Citizens Only.
I have NO OBLIGATION to speak to law enforcement, particularly when I may be surrounded by 2 or more officers. I will not submit to unlawful detentions and will require documentation from law enforcement if/when they act unlawfully, violating their sworn oath as a police officer.
Not all officer oaths are the same, they vary per state and have reference to State and Federal constitutions. But more importantly is spells out the nature of their relationship with the citizens they serve.
